BACKGROUND

Angela Levesque started her immigration career in 2004 as an immigration paralegal for Klasko, Rulon, Stock and Seltzer, LLP assisting clients obtain different types of work visas. While in law school, Ms. Levesque participated in the clinical program helping obtain civil protection orders and filing VAWA Self Petitions for survivors of domestic violence. Ms. Levesque was involved in the Immigrants Rights’ Coalition and volunteered at the Capital Area Immigrants Rights Coalition in Washington D.C. As a summer intern with Harago & Partners Law Office and Mori Hamada & Matsumoto Law Offices in Japan, Ms. Levesque worked in civil rights and business law. She was a law clerk for the Law Offices of Amelia L. Ramer in Virginia and at the Law Office of Jaime Winthuysen Aparisi in Maryland where she handled a variety of immigration cases.

Now an immigration attorney at the Andrade Law Office since February 2008, Ms. Levesque handles immigration litigation, deportation (removal) defense, immigration bond hearings, VAWA filings, and U visas for certain non citizen victims of crime. With Maria Andrade she is a part of a group of volunteer attorneys who assist detainees and their families during immigration raids in Idaho.
