Assist attorneys in case preparation and filing in a variety of cases with an emphasis on temporary and permanent employment-based visa applications, naturalization cases and family-based immigration.
Brandy Juarez joined Andrade Legal in June of 2012 as a receptionist. She was promoted to legal assistant in the summer of 2014 in recognition of her excellent customer service, ability to competently handle important tasks simultaneously with precision and oustanding performance overall.
A native of Idaho, she is a 2012 graduate from the College of Idaho with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Business and French. Throughout college she has volunteered her time to share Latin culture with others, and has lent her voice and efforts to non-citizens and their allies in favor of just treatment of immigrants.
During college, Brandy served as the president of the Association of Latino American Students (ALAS), a group aiming to share and show the Latin culture in the community and college. In further efforts to share the Latin culture, Brandy taught Folkloric dance to elementary school children. In addition, Brandy was a 4-H leader who worked with low-income, at-risk youth living at the farm labor camp in Caldwell, Idaho through an after school program.
On the advocacy front, Branady joined a nationwide action to call attention to harsh anti-immigrant legislation. In March of 2010, she got on a bus to Pheonix, Arizona with others form the OneAmerica and Idaho Citizens Action Network to protest Arizona’s SB 1070 law.
In her senior year in college Brandy traveled to Paris France as part of her French and Business minor to immerse in their culture and to study how their Business administration compares and differs to ours.
In her spare time Brandy enjoys reading, spending time with her family and going salsa dancing.
