BACKGROUND
In October 2009, Chris Christensen joined the Andrade Law Office, Inc.’s immigration law practice where he focuses upon family immigration, naturalization cases and criminal defense. Mr. Christensen has handled cancellation of removal, asylum and adjustment of status in immigration court in addition to numerous legalization and waiver applications at foreign consulates.
After graduation from law school, Mr. Christensen clerked for the Honorable Darrel Perry on the Idaho Court of Appeals for slightly over two years. As a student-attorney with the University of Idaho Immigration Clinic, Chris represented individuals before administrative bodies and argued a case before the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Following graduation, Chris has been active with the Idaho State Bar’s committees and service projects. He served as the chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the bar and is coordinating Law Day in 2010.
Mr. Christensen has a 100% approval rate of all waivers applications to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. (last updated Dec. 6, 2011).
