ALO Forestry Case Continues to be Relevant

A student at the University of Idaho writes about the plight of a former ALO client who worked in the mountains of Idaho and Montana on a guest worker visa. The former client suffered a workplace injury in forestry work which remains one of the most dangerous occupations.
