New York Times and Colbert Report Refer to ALO Fair Housing Case

Garcia v. Brockaway impacted by Leddbetter case.

On January 5, 2009 the New York Times discussed the applicantion of a recent Supreme Court Case, Ledbetter v. Goodyear,  to cut our client’s claims under the ADA.  The case was later briefly mentioned in “The Word” segment of the Colbert Report.  Lead counsel, Ken Nagy, argued the case before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Maria E. Andrade served as co-counsel.
