Maria will appear on a panel discussing Burdens of Proof and Evidnetiary Rules in Removal Proceedings.

This skills seminar will cover:Admissibility and Reliability of Evidence,Contesting Form I-213;Motions to Suppress; Evidence in crminal removal, asylum and cancellaiton proceedings; Subpoenas, Depositions andExpert Testimony;Ethics. Maria will play the role of the ICE attorney at the mock removal hearing at the endof the day.
