Permanent Employment Visas
Immigrant Visa
Andrade Legal assists many foreign nationals in applying for employment-based immigrant visas, which enable them to live and work on a permanent basis in the United States.
Most of these visa classifications require that an employer file an immigrant visa petition on the worker’s behalf.
Some also require certification from the U.S. Department of Labor that there are no available, qualified and willing U.S. workers to fill the position and that hiring a foreign worker won’t negatively affect the wages and working conditions of U.S. workers in similar positions.
