JOB DUTIES
Assist attorneys in all aspects of immigration cases. Areas of expertise includes immigration and criminal history investigation to enable attorneys to advise clients and assisting attorneys advising employers around I-9 audits and employee protections.
BACKGROUND
A native of Spain, Ms. Rekow joined Andrade Legal in July of 2011. Ms. Rekow recenlty graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with an emphasis in Linguistics from Boise State University. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rekow worked as a banker in a major financial institution. Ms. Rekow gained a level of familiarity with state and local law enforcement, emergency management as a 911 dispatcher for the Utah county Sherriff’s office.
Ms. Rekow began with Andrade Legal as a receptionist, and promoted in recognition of her linguistic talent, professionalism, and competency. She continues to rapidly build upon her base of immigration law knowledge and enjoys interaction with the firm’s diverse client base.
An accomplished athlete, Ms. Rekow is a certified Cross Fit instructor and avid BSU football fan. She enthusiastically shares her fitness knowledge with others and trains for relay races and marathons in her spare time. Ms. Rekow also loves travelling, especially to Barcelona, Spain to visit family. The firm is happy to have Ms. Rekow and her calming nature at our otherwise busy office.
