JOB DUTIES

Assist attorneys in case preparation and filing in a variety of cases with an emphasis on temporary and permanent employment-based visa applications, naturalization cases and family-based immigration. She also serves as a notary public.

BACKGROUND

Ms. Juarez has been working with Andrade Legal since February 2011.  Prior to joining the firm, Yadira tutored and mentored at-risk, low-income young adults that had dropped out of school and were working to get their GED.

She enjoys working in immigration law because as a Hispanic, she understands how critical it is to know your options and the law when dealing with immigration issues. 

Yadira is a 2010 graduate of Boise State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an emphasis on American Government and Public Policy.  She also minored in Latin American Studies. 

In her free time, Yadira likes to spending time with her family, read books, play Sudoku and Scrabble, and watch the Food Network for the latest recipes.  She is also an avid Boise State University football fan.
