JOB DUTIES
Assist attorneys in case preparation and filing in a variety of cases. Ms. Santana handles a variety of cases with emphasis on DACA, U-Visas, hardship waivers, adjustment of status applications and assists with the employment based immigration docket.
BACKGROUND
Maria Santana joined Andrade Legal in December of 2014 as an administrative assistant and was promoted to the position of legal assistant in recognition of her quality work and commitment to clients.
Ms. Santana understands the immigrant experience well. She was born in San Sebastian el Grande, Jalisco, Mexico and moved to the United States 1996. She has lived in Idaho since 2001.
In her free time, Ms. Santana likes to spend time with her son, going to horse races, and she travelling to San Diego to spend time with family, enjoy the beach and sunny weather.
